To order through our online catalogue, simply follow these easy steps:
To select prodcts for purchase, just click on "Browse by Brand" at the top
left side of the screen. This will take you to the main brand index page,
where you will see a list of brands we carry.
Now, click on brand logo or name that interests you. You will see a page
that describes the characteristics of the brand of cigars, and a list of
everything that we have in stock. Prices listed are in Canadian dollars,
but if you would like to see an estimate of that price in US$, just click
on the "for US click" link under the price.
To add cigars to your 'box' (shopping cart), just enter a quantity into the
quantity field next to the cigar of your choice, and click where it says add.
If you look over to the left side of the page where there is an image of your
humidor, you will see that it tells you how many items are in your box.
Adding merchandise at this point does not commit you to anything -- It is
just like adding a product to your shopping cart in a regular store. You
can always edit the contents by clicking on "View" (next to the humidor icon)
later.
If you want to browse through other areas of the catalogue, you can use
the category icons at the top of the catalogue area. Cicking on "Browse"
will take you back to the main brand index.
You can begin the checkout process at any time by clicking on "Purchase Cart Items" link
next to the cigar-box icon. You will be taken to the "Billing Information"
screen, where you can review your purchases and fill out your shipping and billing information.
If you need to change any products, click on the humidor icon or "View" to edit your order,
and press "Back" to return to the billing screen. Then fill out your shipping information,
and click on "Submit Order" to complete the process.
You're finished! As long as your credit card and mailing address information is correct, you can expect your cigars to be delivered within 7-14 days.
You can also order by fax, mail, or phone.
Click on "How to Contact Us" for fax number and mailing address. We will be happy to take your information over the phone or by fax. If you have trouble getting through by phone, please email us at info@cubanbest.com.
